Book your RECOVERY WEEKEND at Laxhall along Lake Vänern on scenic Torsö, the island outside Mariestad, with a view across the strait to Brommö.
During the weekend, you can try the following techniques: Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Short time with silence, Feldenkrais, Mindful Walking. – A total of nine different sessions.
